TRAINCATION isn’t just about training hard - it’s about living fully. Over seven days, you’ll join a group of like-minded athletes to train, recover, and adventure across one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful islands. Whether you're following your own programme or joining the sessions led by Yazmin Stevens, you’ll be surrounded by support, energy, and sunshine.
Here’s what a typical TRAINCATION includes:
Daily Training Sessions
Train at Training Room, Yazmin’s home gym, with coaching sessions tailored to all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, you’ll feel challenged and encouraged.
Beach Days & Adventures
Soak up the Maltese sun with beach trips and a stand-up paddle tour at one of Yazmin’s favourite hidden spots.
Recovery & Wellness
Enjoy dedicated recovery time with optional spa treatments and guided mobility sessions to keep your body feeling fresh.
Welcome Dinner
Kick off the week with great food and even better company at Yazmin’s favourite local pizzeria - a chance to meet your crew and start making memories.
Explore the Island
Beyond the barbell, there’s Malta. From scenic walks to seaside cafes, you’ll have time to explore and enjoy the island lifestyle.
Final Boat Day
Wrap up the week with a chill boat day to reflect, relax, and celebrate an epic week together, all while swimming in Malta's most iconic spots.
